A smiling Barista, busy shoppers, masked foxes, skate boarders, maintenance workers, bubbles, graffiti artists, fellow photographers, violin maker and more, much more. Who would have thought so much could be packed into just a few short hours whilst on a photo walk around Liverpool.

Tom and I were going to our monthly Analogue Photography Group Meeting hosted by the talented Rachel of Little Vintage Photography littlevintagephotography.co.uk at The Baltic Creative Campus, in Jamaica Street.
We decided to go over a little early and enjoy some photography of our own - first though it was coffee time where, in Seele St, we were served by Barista Sarra, heard about her Amazing heritage and witnessed her wonderful smile.

From there we saw people walking ‘The Wrong Way!!’ Took ourselves into The Bluecoat Chambers, ambled amongst the tea drinkers and violin makers and from there - it was into Liverpool One.

We met up with Jed Pearson jedpearsonphotography.myportfolio.com/work, learned of his plan to exploit the evening light in the Canning Place Bus Terminus and so the three of us headed of in that direction. The hoped for evening light didn’t quite materialise but there was still plenty to activity to photograph.

From there it was off to to our meeting at the Baltic - or so we thought - right next to our destination we bumped into a group of boarders who were happy for us to hang around and capture their endeavours as was the Artist busily working on the walls at the back of the park.

As if that wasn’t enough, our evening meeting turned out to be one of the best. We were treated to an amazing presentation informing us all about the artistry of Pinhole Photography from Helen Hooker. (helenhookerphotography.co.uk) Her work and enthusiasm for the subject were inspirational.
The train journey home was taken with smiles on our faces.
